Growing Expectations Midwifery provides comprehensive care for women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and the hormonal transitions of life. My approach combines evidence-based medicine with the time-tested wisdom of midwifery, emphasizing thoughtful care, clear communication, and strong relationships with the families I serve.

Care Services

~Prenatal Care

Home birth offers a calm and familiar environment for healthy pregnancies. Care includes continuous labor support, careful monitoring of mother and baby, and readiness to manage common needs while recognizing when higher levels of care are appropriate.

~Postpartum Care

Postpartum care focuses on recovery, newborn wellbeing, breastfeeding support, and helping families transition confidently into life with their new baby.

~Gynecologic Care

Care for women outside of pregnancy including routine exams, reproductive health concerns, and guidance for maintaining overall wellness.

~Perimenopause and Menopause Care

Support for hormonal transitions later in life including symptom management, education, and thoughtful care focused on long-term health and wellbeing.

Care Packages & Fees

Midwifery care is structured as comprehensive packages so families receive continuous support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Exact costs and payment plans are discussed during the initial consultation so that care remains clear and accessible.

Initial Consultation

A first visit to review medical history, discuss pregnancy goals, and determine whether midwifery care and home birth are appropriate for you and your baby. Payment plans are available, and details are reviewed during the initial consultation.

Fee: $ 150 (This fee is non-refundable)

Global Maternity Care Package

Comprehensive midwifery care including prenatal visits, labor and birth support, immediate postpartum care, and postpartum follow-up, designed to provide continuous support and careful clinical attention from early pregnancy through the postpartum period.

Regular visits allow us to monitor the health of both mother and baby while building a trusting relationship throughout pregnancy.

What’s Included in Prenatal Care:

  • Monitoring maternal health and vital signs
  • Assessment of fetal growth and wellbeing
  • Review of nutrition, lifestyle, and pregnancy changes
  • Education and preparation for labor, birth, and postpartum recovery
  • Time for questions and shared decision-making at every visit

Typical Visit Schedules:

  • Monthly until 28 weeks
  • Every two weeks until 36 weeks
  • Weekly until birth

Visits are typically 45–60 minutes, allowing time for meaningful conversation and individualized care. Postpartum Care is included in your Maternity Care Package.

Throughout your care you will also have ongoing support:

  • Direct communication with your midwife for questions or concerns
  • Guidance and referrals if additional care is needed
  • Collaboration with other healthcare providers when appropriate

Global Fee: $8,200

Pregnancy and birth are significant life events, and how you are cared for during this time matters. My goal is to provide steady, thoughtful support so you feel informed, prepared, and confident throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.

Postpartum Care Package

Postpartum care for mothers and newborns including recovery assessment, breastfeeding support, and newborn wellbeing. This package includes three in-home Postpartum assessments after birth – Care continues after birth with follow-up visits to support recovery and newborn health.

Postpartum care includes:

  • Home visit within the first days after birth, 1-2 weeks, and 2-6 weeks home visits
  • Maternal recovery assessment in-home
  • Breastfeeding and newborn feeding support
  • Newborn wellbeing checks
  • Emotional and physical support during early parenthood
  • Follow-up visits through the postpartum period as needed
  • Problem assessment and Prescribing if needed

A postpartum Cervical screening (PAP) may be offered if screening is due.

Fee: $ 650

Women’s Health Visit

Comprehensive women’s health care outside of pregnancy, including routine gynecologic visits, reproductive health consultations, and individualized wellness support.

What this Visit May Include:

Routine gynecologic evaluation and exams

  • Cervical cancer screening (PAP) when indicated
  • Natural Family Planning and counseling
  • Removal of Long Acting Reproductive Contraception {IUD and Nexplanon}
  • Evaluation of menstrual cycle concerns or symptoms
  • Discussion of general women’s health and wellness

Fee: $ 165

Hormonal Health Consultation

Menopause/Perimenopause, PCOS, Preconception Counseling

Care focused on hormonal health across the lifespan, including perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, and preconception counseling, with attention to symptom management, long-term wellness, and individualized support.

This visit includes a Well Woman Exam and consultation.

What This Visit May Include:

  • Review of symptoms and hormonal changes across the lifespan
  • Discussion of menstrual cycle patterns, perimenopause, or menopause concerns
  • Evaluation of lifestyle factors including nutrition, sleep, and stress
  • Individualized guidance for symptom management and long-term wellness
  • Preconception counseling and planning when appropriate

Fee: Initial Visit: $250
Follow-up Visit: $65
